Key Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in the similar role.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).

Roles & Responsibilities

• To maintain Purchase Orders and Supply requisitons with current vendors.
• To maintain detailed procurement files and track all purchasing activity
• To maintain detailed records and inventory lists of goods received
• To maintain strong working relationships with vendors.
• To effectively maintain open communication with vendors and suppliers
• To follow up on orders from shipping to receiving

Qualification BBA/ MBA

• 2-6 years of experience in FMCG, Food & Beverages, preferably personal care/ beauty industry.
• Understanding of distribution channels.
• Experienced in distributor/retailer handling, team handling.
• Experience in activation/BTL, product launches.
• Should be dynamic as the role would require local travel and aggressive negotiations.
• Should have knowledge of local language of the state.
• Should possess Energy & Enthusiasm and have a good track record.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive sales through the appointed distribution/retailer network in Indore (M.P.) Retail brand.
• Appointing new distributors/retailers for market expansion will be a priority.
• Support and work with existing distributors to drive secondary sales.
• Visit appointed retail to check market pulse and collect feedback monthly.
• Provide the POS for necessary visual merchandise.
• Plan and organize activation as per the need for retailers/distributors.
• Work market regularly following a beat plan.
• Build relationship with the channel partners for seamless trade execution.
• Handle distributor grievances.

• Significant component of the KRA would be towards collections.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To read and understand approved specifications/standards assigned to the product on-line.
• To direct personnel assigned to the specific production line, concerning the quality attributes to be adhered to and monitors attire of personnel for adherence to GMPs/SOP.
• To perform final review and approval of line clearance activities.
• To collect and inspects samples as required; inspect product for correctness, perform weight checks, packaging checks, lot no. checks, collect retain samples, packages and documents as required, etc.
• To conduct quality inspections, including but not limited to inspection of the assembly line for cleanliness, use of correct IN, PM, labels including correct label placement, condition of IN, PM and labels, overall product quality and cleanliness, use of correct lot number methodology printing at the production line.
• To perform in-process quality testing in manufacturing and/or packaging areas according to prescribed timelines and accurately capture test results in batch records.
• To objectively review, audit and monitor the processes for adherence to quality, SOP and product specification standards from the time a production run starts-up, to its completion against approved quality document or record.
• To perform calibrations & measurements on raw materials, bulk products, finished products and packaging components as required in batch records and SOPs’.
• To communicate with Management, Production and Planning regarding questionable measurements, non-conformance issues, consistency and overall product quality.
• To consistently record quality related results in accordance with prescribed good documentation practices requirements and data is accurately reported.
• To determine the need and execute the halting of operations due to adverse quality conditions in an effective and timely manner.
• To visually verify the completion of all steps in-process and strictly adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualification M.Sc/ B.Sc

• Good oral and written communication in English

Roles & Responsibilities

• To execute daily production plan as per production order.
• To get the material issued from RM stores/ IN store/ PM store.
• To guide manpower for maximizing production.
• To obtain line clearance from IPQA.
• To inform IPQA for line inspection, inline product inspection, quality inspection.
• To record all the steps of process in BMR/BPR in timely and accurate manner.
• To visually verify completion of product manufacturing as per production order.
• To clean up work following the completion of a shift.
• To submit all documents to respective departments as per SOP in timely manner.
• To ensure cleanliness, use of correct IN, PM, Labels including correct placement, correct batch number.
